Estimated Delivery Times

* The following Australia Post Estimated Delivery times are a guideline based once your order has been packed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details has been received.

Most Orders Placed Before 12pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched from Melbourne that day (excluding public holidays). During peak seasons such as Christmas, orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed. 

In the event that no one is in attendance at the nominated delivery address, Australia Post may leave a collection card or leave your parcel in a safe place. 

We offer a flat rate shipping service of $8.95 for all standard post and $12.95 for express post.
