SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We offer a flat rate shipping service of $7.95 for all standard deliveries and $12.95 for express post.
Once your order has been completed, we will post it out to you within one business day via Australia Post. If you have selected standard postage with tracking your order should arrive between 2-6 working days.
Express post orders should arrive in 1 to 2 working days depending on where you are located. This will be longer for international orders.
Returns and exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed & is with original packaging. The product must also have all original tags attached.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted on all parcels within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will accept returns or exchanges within a reasonable time frame if an item purchased is faulty, not of merchantable quality - meaning that it is not of the quality that you would reasonably expect when it was purchased,or unfit for purpose - meaning that the item doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it would., Note: Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.
